Jeanne, the sister of Armand, joined our class from the first of March. All the children welcomed her, and she felt at home right away.
Practice makes perfect and repeating what you have done to improve is a good thing, although some children consider this boring. New activities with existing materials have been practiced, triggering the interest of the children. In example tracing the outside of a constructed jigsaw next to its frame to subsequently outline the contour with writing pencil and colouring pencils.
Winter has gone and to celebrate the new season we listened to Vivaldi’s the Four Season’s Spring violin concert.
Four children celebrated their birthday with us, Marlon turned 4, Alejandro, Valentina and Ella M. 5 years old.
There’s no such thing as bad weather, only unsuitable clothing, quote by Alfred Wainwright. We love that one and we lived the experience during our Easter Egg Hunt on the last day before the holidays. It was raining cats and dogs, but that didn’t stop us from going outside, the children had a great time finding chocolate bunnies and eggs.
